  1. Researched, Developed, and implemented hospitality lodging department for SYSCO

  2. Developed vendor programs and training manuals for associates, trained new Marketing Associates, and cross-trained present sales force

  3. Grew account base threefold to over 250 accounts, increasing sales dollars from $1.7 million to $8.2 million

  1. Developed a retail deli/bakery department, bringing in 100 Kash-n-Karry food stores, Handi-Way, and Shell ETD Convenience Stores

Business Development Manager, South Florida, 1993-1995

My role as Business Development Manager involved training Marketing Associates and District Sales Managers for Charlotte, Lee, and Collier Counties.  The focus on product knowledge led to a growth in excess of 35% in client purchases of disposables, non-food products, center of the plate, and equipment.
